2 thirds is more than I would have expected for him. He looked good in his rookie year but hasn't really progressed since then. Needs to work on his outlet pass and keeping his composure in his own end when pressured.

Must be something bigger in the works. We've probably seen the last of Jake Paterson as a member of the Spirit. Only 6 D on roster now and 2 of them are OA. Thin at D now so everyone has to play. Thin up front means Cairns has to play too.
I wonder what the next domino is to fall?

Gilbert said tonight during the coach's show that Prophet requested to be traded and the team obliged his request.
BTW, he's -4 in two games with Barrie.

Thanks for that clarification, puckman. We were talking last night about why the Spirit would trade him. (although I agree he didn't develop as hoped, at least not so far)
