where is the dow event center theater? Instead of going left from the atrium into the arena just go to the right. I'm sure they will have people there directing "traffic". The atrium sits right in between the arena and the theatre. |

Brodie Fan Favourite Award - Tyler Murovich Academic Award - Nick Crawford EDIT: Oh, yeah--Rookie of the Year. Boy that's a tough one. Think I'll go w/ Jordan Szwarz........ Well, I got 3 1/2 right...... R.O.Y. Jordan Szwarz (actually I forgot Murovich was in the running for this one also, or it WOULD have been a tough one) Academic Award: Secondary Tyler Murovich University Jack Combs Best D-Man: TJ Brodie Heart & Soul: Tyler Murovich Community Service: Ryan Daniels Most Improved: Jordan Oglivie (I'm guessing they ruled Combs out of this one, since he was up there most of the time anyway!) Wren Blair: Ryan McDonough MVP: Ryan McDonough Top Scorer: Jack Combs Fan Favorite: A tie between....Jack Combs and Tyler Murovich Combs was also cited as being selected as an OHL All Star. Ogilvie, most improved, I didn't see that one coming. As it turned out to be the Jack Combs Ryan McDonough and Tyler Murovich show. ( well deserving I might add)

SF8, I was looking around trying to figure which one of the guys there was you. Where did you sit? I sat on the right side, about two rows in front of Nicole.

Keep in Mind that Jack Combs received the Most Improved Player award from the OHL. This award was based on how he did last year vs how he did this year. The Spirit Most Improved Player award is based on beginning of this season to end of the season. I am sure that Jack Combs wasn't even on the short list for this one since he played well right out of the gate and it didn't change all season. The Most Improved Spirit Player pretty much goes to a first or second year player. Last year it was Andrew Clouthier and the year before it was Scott Fletcher.

I thought about that--not a good sign for Oglivie! Both Fletcher and Clouthier departed the team the year after winning..........
