Is there a harder working player on this team right now than Hunter Haight? He never stops. His forechecking is terrific. Tons of scoring chances. Kid has been playing amazing! Not to take anything away from the others, but I'm super impressed with him this year.

I'll take 4 out of 6 points this weekend for sure. 2-0 on the year against London; nice to beat them with Oke getting the night off. I noticed Christopolous hasn't played the past two games. He looked off to me on Wednesday. Hope it's nothing serious.

Illness is what was said on the broadcast Saturday night.
Can't argue with Mangone. Like I said, most of the guys have been working hard, but Haight has really stood out to me.

If he was just a little bit bigger he could have a long Ahl career and flirt with making the show... Plays with some grit and is a big asset for the Spirit

With the win against the Wolves last night, Chris Lazary becomes the winningest coach in Spirit history.
He truly is a players coach and the guys would run through a wall for him. Let's them shine in their natural abilities. If that comes with mistakes, then they take it as a chance to learn. It's never a case of "I'm the coach and this is how it's going to be. end of story." Everyone is here to grow their game/learn. The players respond to that big time. This was a big reason why I found it so humorous that some other fan bases when ready to move the memorial cup in October. Now we have 20 wins before christmas and more than half our games left. Look forward to Lazary pushing the wins number higher and higher.
