In case anyone besides me cares, I wanted to let everyone know that thanks to the help of Pfligler, Kitchner is moving to the next round in the playoffs.

anyone know why Turple hasnt been dressing for the rangers?
Pfligler is a fine goaltender and all, but I thought Turple was there #1 goalie

Kitchener beat Owen Sound 2-1 in OT last night to take a 1-0 lead in their series. Pfligler stopped 40 shots and is now 5-0 in the playoffs since taking over for Turple. How about bringing Eric back as an OA next year to provide vet leadership and support for Rock and Daniels??

I always said he was a good goalie. He just needed some playing time.

It's just good to see the goalie we should have kept beat the one we should have dumped. If we do bring him back, then what do we do with Rock or Daniels? We'll be in the same boat again with a good goalie not getting enough ice time.

UPDATE: Pfligler just got his 6th win in the playoffs. ;D Not only a win, but a SHUTOUT against Brownie!!! First star honors to him also. Way to go little goalie!!!!!  |

UPDATE: Pfligler just got his 6th win in the playoffs. ;D Not only a win, but a SHUTOUT against Brownie!!! First star honors to him also. Way to go little goalie!!!!! Make it 7-0!!!! Pfligler and Kitchener beat Mike Brown and Owen Sound 6-5 in OT on Saturday night. Kitchener leads the series 3-0 and can complete the sweep at home on Tuesday April 12th. |

They still have a few players left from their OHL and Memorial Cup winning team from 2 seasons ago and their big players are stepping up a.k.a. Mike Richards with a hat trick last night against Brownie. I wonder if Mikey had a tirade last night?? |
