Paul was called back up to the Wilkes-Barre Scranton Penguins of the AHL recently.
He had been playing for the Wheeling Nailers of the ECHL. The new NHL financial system had led to the Penguins signing a few free agent defensemen (Gonchar, Odelein, Jackman) and Paul found himself bumped up and down for a couple months.
The Baby Pens are currently in first place.
