From the Tri City Storm website: www.stormhockey.com/Storm makes change at goalie position KEARNEY (1/8/07) - The Tri-City Storm of the United States Hockey League announced on Monday that goaltender Aaron Rock, who played for the Storm during the 2005-06 season, has rejoined the team. Rock, who spent the first part of this season with Kingston of the Ontario Hockey League, will replace Bryce Christiansen on the Tri-City roster. Christiansen was traded to the Lincoln Stars in exchange for one pick in the USHL’s 2007 and 2008 draft. Rock, a 19-year-old from Wheaton, Ill., finished the 2005-06 season with a 24-14-7 record. He led the league in goals against average at 2.09 which is also a Storm franchise record. Rock was in town for practice Monday morning and will wear #1 this weekend when the Storm travels to Columbus, Ohio. Christiansen leaves the Storm after going 5-1-0 in six appearances. He had a 2.67 goals against average and recorded two shutouts.
