Jan Mursak was one of six rookies dressed for the Red Wings tonight, who played the Minnesota Wild before a sell-out crowd at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul. Wings defeated the Wild 6-1 in their initial pre-season game. Jan played on a line with rookies Cory Emmerton (Kingston) and Johan Ryno (Sweden). He didn't record any points.
