Unfortunately, I am going to get back to the topic of the thread.
If the Spirit are going to trade, they will be looking for a 1990 birth year forward in return. Obviously, the higher quality player you want you will need to give up a more rounded prospect.
Potential guys include Bobby Mignardi from Kingston, Nathan Moon from Kingston (which won't happen but if you are going to dream dream big), Josh Brittain from Kingston, Thomas Nesbitt from Ottawa, and even Jared Staal from Sudbury (again not likely to happen).
In the opening thread it was mentioned about packaging a defencemen with Ryan Daniels. Not likely to happen. Most of the teams have already addressed their goalie situation. But, when the season rolls around, if Ryan is still in the league, he will be moved.
Obviously you don't make a deal just for the sake of making a trade. The Spirit need to get something in return for whoever they trade. We'll see how it plays out in the near future.
