On the reviewed non goal ( again ) why was ther no penalty as Smith was tripped up and if he was not then the faceoff should have been taken outside the blueline.
Plymouth should get rid of they're people that take care of the ice. After the OT and before the shootout they came out to clear the customary 4 widths but did the majority on one side then went off. The refs went over and ordered the zamboni back out to finsh the other side. Then after the first and second Saginaw shooters they had to come out to fix one peg then the other.
These gus got more ice time than Yovanic did the entire game.

Wouldn't talk too much about other rinks not taking care of their ice. Our Zamboni drivers are bad and the ice itself is terrible.

Our Zamboni drivers are bad and the ice itself is terrible. ditto...we know why the ice is bad (our outdated cooling equipment) but the drivers have no excuse. I don't care that we shoot t-shirts until the last possible minute...with 2, count them, 2 zambonis on the ice, there is no excuse for missing lines and having to go back around (putting more water down on drying/freezing areas) and fixing mistakes. Here's a question on the ice topic...do we have someone that is "in-charge" of the ice like that Al Sobatka (sp?) at Joe Louis? Just wondering if these drivers have an ice-guy that they have to answer to if they screw up.
