Good effort so far boys - Fic just needs to worry about commentating with substance more than style. In chatting with him off the ice, he does not speak anywhere near the way he does on the air.
Why?

London with a 2 man advantage for 17 seconds and Comrie also gets a 10 min. misconduct. 13:44 left in the 3rd...come on boys!
EDIT: So much for that, Beljo scores again on the powerplay to make it 3-2. London still with another powerplay.

Vladimir Roth scores to tie the game 3-3...and the Spirit get a bench minor. 2 powerplay goals 44 seconds apart for the Knights.

for those who didn't listen or watch, Saginaw has dominated the 5 on 5 play...they just need to stay out of the box

GREAT GUNS OF GLORY!!!!!!!!! Nice work, Spirit!! (But stay out of the box in the third from now on. PLEASE!!) Spirit deserved this win. Other than the 4 or 5 minutes of mania in the third, they were the better team.

1. LDN - 11 Jadran Beljo 2. SAG - 21 Jack Combs 3. SAG - 29 Ryan McDonough Looks like we aren't the only ones who do some hometown bias on the 3 stars

Great character win tonight. London Knights certainly had the officiating in their favor tonight. 7 power plays vs 2 for the Spirit. Although Allicock's penalty started the momentum swing, seems like the officials kinda added to it. Go for the sweep tomorrow night.
Outstanding win. Spirit have been awesome on the road the 2nd half of the season. I don't have the #s in front of me, but I know they have won 4 in a row away from the Dow.

Although Allicock's penalty started the momentum swing, seems like the officials kinda added to it. By the way Rosie described it on the air, the penalties were deserved - especially the Allicock one where he apparently tripped a Knight way, way behind the play. Then Comrie takes a hooking penalty getting caught out of position and says something to get a 10 minute misconduct. And to top it off, the bench gets one after the Knights tie it. There has got to be better composure in situations like that!

Of course igive2 has to post a negative comment. Composure? They were composed enough to win, thats the bottom line. Appreciate, dont hate!

Great effort by the Spirit.
The observation of composure was not too far off base. - I listened to Rosey too and the type of penalties that they were taking was terrible timing.
The three penalties taken to allow one of the best power plays in the league to go to work, in their building.
When you have a 3-1 lead on the road, you don't give the opponent (especially London) an opportunity to get back in the game. If its a hook or trip to prevent a scoring chance, I can see it but not frustration slashes behind the play and misconducts and bench minors - they are much different penalties to take.
Hope to see everyone out tomorrow vs. Asselin in his return.
