It is a virtual league. We currently have 15 quebec and ontario 1 in the league. But most of the Quebec league speaks English. Whether you speak English or French it changes nothing. But you know well that made the OHL will help you to have the advantage in your transactions. All messages on the home page of the site will be in English and French for this reason.
So you want a club.
