Hey Spirit fans. On Sportsnet in Canada, it seems as though every afternoon, they air sessions of the World Poker Tour.
Poker = No Limit Texas Hold 'Em (primarily). I have seen the odd time they have played Omaha, and Limit Texas Hold 'Em.
Anyway...I'm straying from the point.
They were playing heads-up (two players).
One of the players had pocket 10s (two 10s). The first three cards (the flop) came out, and a 10 was on it. So, he had flopped three 10s.
The other player went all in, and was immediately call by the player with pocket 10s.
The commentator made the comment:
He flopped Flint to Saginaw. Thirty miles.
I had never heard that phrase before....BUT I LIKED IT!
