14 games, $6 million. Not a bad day at the office. What an turd. If he has any class he would turn the money down. I think the Wings got taken from day 1 on this! Seems to have been too well laid out. Hasek came back to avoid his legal problems & pick up a huge paycheck & never planned to actually earn it! What a dolt!

I think the team do will better without the 3 goalie problem. I had wondered myself if Hasek came back to the states to get away from his troubles in Czech.

It's too bad that it didn't work out for him this season. I'm glad that this whole goalie crap is finally done though. I'm just thanking my lucky stars as a fan that the Wings didn't get rid of Cujo last summer. It figures that Cujo gets injured right away though. I know Manny can handle this situation.

Did anyone else see that apparently Dave Lewis said that LaMothe will play in at least one game this coming week? I think that's good for him, but Manny's been waiting for the chance to prove to everyone that he is capable of a starting position and now they still want to take some playing time from him. Poor guy gets ZERO credit!! Unless for some reason he doesn't want to fight for a chance to ever start, which I doubt.
