Does anyone else think the Wings could use a player like Bootland back in the line-up? They are getting run over by San Jose tonight, even with McCarty in the line-up. Granted, Mac fought tonight, but a player like Bootland would keep other teams on their toes a bit more.

I agree!! I doubt he wants to play on that leg, though. Who do you recomend we get?

Booter isn't injured. Kronwall was the player who got injured in the warmups before the LA game. Booter was sent down to make room on the roster for some of the injured Wings to return.
I was very impressed with Booter. I thought he added a lot of energy to the team. Similar to what Sean Avery gave the Wings. They seem to have missed that since they sent Booter back down to the minors. I would love to see him back with the Wings again and provide some spark, especially for the playoffs.
