It's been a rough couple of games for the Spirit so hopefully they can get it going again tonight. It'll be interesting to see if Porco is in the lineup, or has he gone home to wait for a trade? I just hope the guys take a shoot first attitude tonight instead of waiting too long or taking one too many passes.

The Spirit seem to have more hustle in the 3rd period than the Knights. It looked to me like the Knights were gassed in the 3rd.

A great third period, kept in the game early on with great goal play by Lennox. Some players needing to score did...nice comeback win gang!

Anyone know why the knights were after Baber all game? Probably because outside of Coskey (and I mean this in the best way possible) Baber is the biggest poop talker on the Spirit lol. I'd want to go after him too if I was on the other club. They got London to take some dumb penalties last night and it worked in thier favor for sure. |

Anyone know why the knights were after Baber all game? Because Baber highsticked Tymkin in the first. Tymkin got him back by highsticking him in the second. Great play by Baber taking the puck hard to the goal crease on the Goldowski goal. |

4 on 4 with 2:40 to play and London pulls goalie. Anyone else find that strange? London was doing very well 4 on 4 at that time.

Has the porco trade been "reported" by anyone other than the ohlinsider on Twitter? The fact that he was in the lineup last night makes me think that this is yet another thing that this joker has wrong. |

That Randy guy from the Soo also did. I usually like his stuff, but he CLEARLY has a huge problem with Lazary, and keeps writing he’ll say more “when he can”. My translation of that is he’s a friend of the Porcos, and I would certainly understand if his parents werent overly thrilled with how things are going. (Disclaimer: No inside knowledge here. Simply a guess)

Simply a guess) Before the fun police on Spirit Fan Nation shut a post down regarding Porco, I just made an offhand comment about how odd it was that article and OHL Insiders tweet about a trade came out within minutes of each other. Most likely someone from Porcos camp was leaking that info to get Saginaw to make a move. Randy replied and say his information was "right from the horses mouth" which is exactly what I was implying. If Nick wants out and I'm Saginaw hes on the first bus back to SSM till a deal is reached. He has a no trade clause, so its going to to be hard for Saginaw to get full value, especially now this stunt of announcing the trade request is out there. |
