Tonight's game is for first place in the West Division. The Spirit are only one point behind the Spitfires, although Windsor has played three fewer games. Flint is tied with the Spirit for second place. Windsor will be out for revenge after the Spirit had a miracle comeback against them last week, scoring three goals in the last 1:19.

Not a top notch performance by the home team. The power play has gone from good to beyond horrible. Windsor’s goalie played a very sound game. In the books. Use it to improve and move on.

The Spirit seemed to be completely out of sync. The puck was bouncing all over the place and players seemed to keep falling on their own. Rebounds weren't controlled or were just out of their reach. Add it all up and Windsor wins the game.

I think Coskey had probably the worst shift of his career during the second to last powerplay. Poor kid couldn't do anything right. Had it on his tape multiple times, had an open net at one point, just couldn't connect with the puck correctly. Finally wound up coughing it up, after which he checked his stick. Guessing that one went in the waste bin. lol. It happens!
