A small programming note that tonight most likely would have been the division clinching win against Flint. The one good thing that would come out of this if the regular season is cancelled is that we'll be able to hang another banner as West Division Champs. And, if the Spirit merch people are on their game (as they usually are) we should get a T-Shirt made that we're OHL champs (probably) like this Dayton Flyer shirt:

I sure hope they do it if the season is canceled.

As expected, the OHL has canceled the rest of the 2019-20 regular season. The league still hopes to hold the playoffs at some point.
Congrats to the boys on back-to-back West Division Championships (at least in my mind).

They haven't said yet, but they didn't "cancel" the end of the season, they "concluded" the season and posted the regular season final ranking. Now I know they did this mostly because of the upcoming OHL Draft, but it stands to reason that Division Champions are based on ranking at the conclusion of the Regular Season, I full expect that the Division Champions will be Ottawa and Sudbury in the East and London and Saginaw in the West. Nothing else would make sense.
