The Dow Open for Business

It looks like The Dow will be open to hockey fans and other events soon.

Yes but is Canada going to be open for business...I assume so but then again, I thought so last year too.

Based on the "Roadmap to Reopening" the Ontario government released yesterday, it doesn't look like gyms or ice rinks will be opening until late July or early August. I could see the season starting on time (assuming the border is open for the league) but little-to-no fans in the Ontario cities.
