Saginaw acquired forward Carson Christy from the Mississauga Steelheads for a conditional 10th round pick in 2025. The pick becomes a 5th round pick in 2025 if Christy plays 1 game for Saginaw.

Christy is a 2nd round pick from the 2020 draft. He has yet to play a game in the OHL as he recovers from wrist surgery. But, from everything on social media, it appears he is planning on playing in Saginaw this year.

To add on from other things I have read, many people believe that Carson is an absolute steal for a 5th round pick. We'll have to see how he re-adjusts to hockey after a long time off but could be a welcome addition to the squad that is full of guys that are 2020/2021 picks.

Slight hijack but has anyone heard anything about Tbone? I'm assuming he's hurt but it would be nice to get him back!
