sorry newfan, i know this guy is your fave, maybe he heals fast...at least he got the winning streak before he got hurt..and at least its not like a broken leg....or hip , things of the more scarier nature....

It's not an ankle injury it's his knee. I've stopped crying now :'(but it just isn't the same watching the game with Osgood in net.  It's hard to enjoy it without MY goalie in net. It was nice of the crowd to be chanting MAN-NY, MAN-NY!! when he finally got up. I hope his MRI tomorrow turns out okay!!!! |

Wasn't it great to see Manny in net again? To bad he let in 4 goals though. What do you expect when first returning from an injury? I felt bad for him though when listening to his post game interview. He thinks it was all his fault that the game went into OT and kept saying that the rest of the team had to "bail me out" a few times. Sounds like it was very personal to him. Poor guy. He's just tired from spending the last week with his new wife.
