I only have three arenas left on my quest for all 20 current OHL rinks (Brampton, Oshawa and Niagara), so I'm grateful that Brampton and Oshawa are on the same weekend. I've noticed the Niagara thing on Thursdays as well. I think I'm just going to have to suck it up and take a couple of vacation days for it. Not sure if Brampton will be a tough ticket to get; sadly Mississauga and Brampton have never really supported junior hockey all that well and there's not really another city to support a franchise at this point in time, I don't think.

The pre-season schedule is out and we have one home game. Five games total, with three on one weekend, followed by a 2 1/2 week break.

Friday, August 30 at Brantford - 2:00 p.m. (game will be played in Kitchener)
Saturday, August 31 at Kitchener - 6:00 p.m.
Sunday, September 1 at Erie - 11:00 a.m. (game will be played in Kitchener)
Wednesday, September 18 at Sault Ste. Marie - 7:07 p.m.
Sunday, September 22 vs. Sault Ste. Marie - 5:30 p.m.
