Only two games on the slate this week...little road trip to Owen Sound and Kitchener. Was nice to finally see Papineau and while he looked nervous/shaky at times, he played very solid and it was awesome to see him come up big in the shootout and that will do wonders for his confidence. That said, I think we see Oke in both games this weekend.

It will be nice to have Bishop back in the lineup after his suspension and we're still waiting on the return of Willis and Zhilkin. I don't expect to see Chernyshov before the Christmas break so I'm not going to mention him until there's any reports of him skating or getting close to appearing.

Need to get a win at Owen Sound on Saturday night against a team we should beat most nights and then we play Kitchener who IMO is overperforming a little right now. They have a good proven OA goalie in Parsons but I think the way they're scoring is a little surprising. We're going to need good goaltending against them if we want to win.

In the "Halloween Candy" segment on social media, both Willis and Zhilkin were in full gear headed to the ice so that's a good sign. Also, I can't remember who got it right but the best candy is Reeses and the worst is everything else

Lincoln Moore has decided to head to the GOJHL. Wish him the best of luck. Always thought he was a good piece to have. Him, Sima, Gervais doing the gritty work. Wonder if this is because Zhilkin is back as DJ mentioned? We aren't super deep at F even if Zhilkin comes in. Someone else being brought in?

Losing some size and toughness up front, at least for the moment. Maybe, as you suggested, there is another move coming.

Not sure if zhilkin is back, I just saw him in full gear in the video so he's at least doing some sort of skating but I don't know if he's full speed... Just didn't want rumors from here making it to the Facebook group.

Losing Moore stinks... He was a good role player for us... Best of luck to him!

Hay gets suspended for five games, but does anyone know what he did? I was at the game and never saw anything that even warranted a game or 10 minute misconduct penalty.
