A two-game week but two tough games...rivalry game against Flint and the evil empire comes to town looking a little differently having won 12-straight. I honestly think this may be a better team than the Corey Perry 2004 team that went 59-7-2. They'll be hard pressed to beat that record because they got off to a slow start waiting for players to return but they've got 12 NHL players and that doesn't include Bruzustewicz or the OA goalie. They also have picks that they could trade for more guys but they probably don't need them. I think everyone in the west is fighting for 2nd place.
Speaking of Flint...there's been so many players to hate over the past 2-3 years but what name on that team now is the one you hate to mention? Maybe Clattenberg? Flint could name a few on our team for sure but I struggle to find the guy on the firebirds to despise.
