My Family went to Toledo on Saturday to watch Lees and Dix play for the Dayton Bombers. It was great to see them on the ice again. Stayed after the game and talked with Nick. Moe was there to see the guys also. Nice to talk w/him too. Just waived to Dix, cuz he was busy talking to other Saginaw Spirit Fans that made the trip to see him.
On Sunday they played in PA and won 4-3 in a shoot-out. Nick got an assist on the tie goal. I would have loved to see that and the shootout that won the game.
I wish them the best!

That's so great that you and the family was able to meet up with them. So, how did they look out there? Same ole guys? Steve still a fighter or has he somewhat mellowed? Sure do wish we could have them both back to play for us in Saginaw!!  |
