Jeez, we have a local channel that runs a powerpoint all day, and with nothing better to do.
I bring this up every year, and will do it again now. Even if it is not live, I still think they can make some money (as well as broadcast the Spirit to casual and non-casual fans alike) by showing the games locally.
The message I get when I inquire is usually something like "a deal is a way's off"...
Since I am going into broadcasting for college, I have tried to push this idea becuase it could be a good great start for me.

They were talking about putting spirit game on MY5 at the beginning of the season but I don't know if this will ever actually happen.

Well looks like I can bring this thread back to life, not sure if anyone even looks down where.
In the latest media release, it was mentioned that there would be TWO live games to be announced at a later date.
I'd speculate they are probably a home and away game against Flint. Maybe the thanksgiving eve game (or Dec 30 game) and the NYE game against Flint would be my guesses.
