Heard they are making changes to the team bus, removing some bench style seats for lounge chairs, adding a coaches area with easel board, etc and internet access. Garber is not afraid to spend the money.

I remember reading a couple of years ago about the Ottawa 67s team bus having computers, internet access, and other nice ammenities for the players and coaches. Sounds like the Spirit are trying do everything possible to make Saginaw a place where kids want to come and play junior hockey.

I remember reading that too, it stemmed off from the fact that the London bus was vandalized (or was it the SOO bus in London) Either way, they had Satellite TV...yea... Too bad we will never get to ride on it. Maybe they could make a second for the road trips that we have. |
