The Loons won game 2 of the 4 game series with Ft. Wayne 3-2. The bullpen has gone 21 innings without giving up an earned run. The Loons are 3-1 and a game behind Dayton who are now 4-0 after beating South Bend tonight. www.loons.com/news/headlines/index.html?article_id=51 |

Not sounding too shabby for a 'new' team! Looking forward to Saturday in the cold! Missed out on tix for game 1, but I'll be there game 2!

Yes, they are doing great. They aren't really a new team though. Just new to Midland. THey have as much experience as everyone else in the league. There is a very good chance that this team will be playing for a MWL title this season depending on how the Dodgers start promoting people.
