Thur Aug 28, 9 am - Noon, 4 pm - 6:15 pm

The Whalers whole off season has been covered much better than the Spirit has. The Spirit had what, 2 or 3 articles written by an intern. The Whalers had much better coverage of the OHL draft, NHL draft, and their own training camp. Scroll through the Whalers stories here: www.mlive.com/hockey/these stories did not necessarily make their local papers but they were on their website a minimum. It's just about keeping your fans informed during the off season. Sounds like a great idea to me. The Spirit used to do that. |
