The Spirit are in St. Catharines tonight at 7:05 (the birthplace of the Spirit franchise) for their third exhibition game of the season.
Is anyone making the trip? Who starts in net tonight?
They are in Woodstock tomorrow for the "return" match against the same Dogs' squad in the annual game.

If I were a betting man, I would say expect to see a lot of Pasquale in net!

Ice Dogs won 5-4, scoring a short-handed goal with about 3 minutes to go in the game. Lepera was in net and played well for his first game this season. We were missing Brodie, Comrie, and Combs, plus healthy scratches were Murovich and Svoboda. Ice Dogs were also missing several of their key players (NHL rookie camps). Game was plenty fiesty, altho no fights. Our kids stood up to the Ice Dogs. Didn't keep track of our goals/assists, but Jarusek and Sol scored on very nice set-ups by Szwarz. I think Tront and Pleckaitis scored the other two Spirit goals. Accoustics in "The Jack" are absolutely horrible.
Crawford is headed for Buffalo rookie camp immediately after the game.
Had a nice chat with Scott Fletcher's dad. Scotty is headed to Bruins rookie camp on Monday as a free agent and will not play tomorrow against us in Woodstock (he did play tonight).
I'll do better tomorrow keeping track of scoring. Spent much of the game tonight chatting with folks. Lots of parents were in the crowd. Good to see them again.
