It was hard to understand with all the noise, but I thought Scot Johnson said at the radio broadcast tonight that Jack had gotten an invite to the main camp.

Jack's name is listed on the main camp roster. Looks like he has been given an ATC (amateur tryout contract) avalanche.nhl.com/ext/PDF/08TrainingCampRoster.pdfWay to go Jack!

I also wishto extend my congrats to Jack..
Also thought I would point out that for all free agents to attend any rookie or main camp that the player needs to sign an ATO or ATC .. that way their rights solely belong to the team they are with and cannot go to another camp

I would think that Brodie is already back in Saginaw and will be suited up tomorrow night.
Jack was listed on the main training camp roster prior to the beginning of rookie camp.

interesting chat with Nigel Williams: avalanche.nhl.com/team/app/?service=page&page=NewsPage&articleid=382184a few excerpts Looking back to last season, how did the mid-season trade from Saginaw to Belleville affect you? “In a trade it’s always good going from last place to first place, but you still have to find a way to play well. Whether you’re on the best team or the worst team, you should go out there, do your best and hope the best for your team.” and I never knew this Were there any other players at that tournament that hockey fans might know? “Definitely. One guy is Billy Sweatt, who plays at Colorado College and is drafted by the Blackhawks – he’s one of my best friends – and his older brother Lee, who used to play at Colorado College. I grew up playing roller hockey with Jack Combs, who gave it up a few years ago. Rhett Rakhshani from the University of Denver used to play with us too. There was a huge following of people who played, but some of them have given it up now and moved on. But it was something I enjoyed so much that I had to do it. This was probably my last year playing, but it was awesome while it lasted.”

Great to see good things about our guys. I think I said this on another thread (and am too lazy to look for it.....) but I watched that 1-0 Oilers-Flames rookie game, and the announcers were very, very positive on TJ. I think he surprised everyone in the camp.
