The Spirit lose tonight to the Greyhounds in a shootout. The Spirit only manage 1 out of a possible 4 points vs their two rivals this week so far. Let's hope for better things tomorrow. Should be good crowd. I think the boys need some good home cookin'!

Where was Todd Watson tonight? John Kisil and Bill Paige were behind the bench for the entire game. Did the radio guys say anything about it?
Scratches were Underwood, Jarusek and Pachis.

Todd is off scouting. He mentioned on the radio show that he would be away from the team tonight and probably tomorrow. Todd mentioned he was leaving alone and hoped to return with some players (more than likely as I interpreted his comments). Kisil mentioned on the pre-game show that Todd was in Ann Arbor tonight trying to get a commitment from Brandon Saad, maybe as soon as after Christmas. He also mentioned that Todd would be observing others as well, some draft picks, some outsiders.

odam was taking runs at guys all over the place last sunday at the Dow...i'm sure that had something to do with it as well.
hopefully Kisil will mention to Todd about Peluso's deft scoring touch and he'll end up in the red white and blue soon!

They were somewhat tied up and (I think) Chris's gloves were dropped first. Pretty even fight that didn't last very long. Saw Odam apparently land one, but that was about it.

Watched Peluso closely during the game. He played very well and looked liked he may be auditioning. Funniest thing I remember about the game was when Murovich was skating to the bench after a whistle and bumped into Anthony. Sure looked deliberate to me. Peluso looked around like "you've got to be kidding". When the mini-brawl developed during the 2nd period and there were several players piled up, Tyler came charging in and literally dove into the pile. He got 2 minutes for roughing.

During the Soo game last Sunday, I saw Murovich deliberately bumping into players on the way to the bench too. I think he likes to get under players' skin, and I think he does a really good job of it.
