i usually use the hockeyfights because they've got all the NHL fights every morning as well as selected fights from the many other leagues from the US & Canadaland.
When the Spirit first arrived, I really liked ohltoughguys but the content and more importantly the layout, has gone dramatically downhill. I find it hard to navigate the site and never know where anything is...they've changed owner recently but any clown can see how awful the site is to navigate...still, they do have a large collection of OHL fights and info.
