1-0 Spirit after 20 minutes of play. Pretty exciting period by the sounds of it. Daniels made some big saves early and we weathered the storm well.
Out of town: Erie 1 Guelph 0 with 7:46 left in the 1st...Sarnia 3 Plymouth 2 with 16:58 left in the 2nd.

I was actually going to spring for the LiveStream tonight. But got home late, supper was late, etc. And I quickly discovered that I could not sit down and watch this, anyway. It is insane to be this bent out of shape over a hockey team.........
Sounds like Plekaitis and Daniels holding down the fort so far. Have we gone a game this year without giving up either a PP goal or a SH goal??? Just curious......

Just said on the radio that Cameron Knowles will be at the Dow tomorrow to do the jersey auction. Welcome back to Saginaw, Cam!

3-3 tie between Plymouth and Sarnia now. I gotta root for the Whalers in this one. I'll sleep better tonight knowing we won't have to play Kitchener in the first round if we win and Plymouth wins.
EDIT: 4-3 Sarnia with 7:05 left in the 2nd.

You are right, aj--logical thought has, frankly, completely left me. Go Whalers. BUT. We still have to win.
