I think Perfetti has a very good shot. As the article above mentions, Dale Hunter is the head coach of the team, so I would imagine he has some pull as well, so he has had a fair amount of games to see him play.

Belarus is in the lower division and actually hosting that tournament. The big boys play in the Czech Republic.

Bummer... I think he was a bit of a long shot this year but I read something on tsn that maybe they would keep him as a shootout specialist. Happy that he'll be back in Saginaw but would like to see him on that team.
