Listening on the radio here at Mt. Pleasant...by the way, the Spirit bus was parked near the CMU football stadium today, not sure why. Scratches...Sinfield, Maninno, and Berard are scratched tonight. Mursak is back in the lineup. Asselin is wearing the "C" tonight...Ryan McDonough is wearing the "A". Shaun Davis is reffing tonight...this makes me miss Greg Brady even more lol. Mt pleasant? What are you doing way over there?

A few observations from watching the game so far -
1) Perron looks terrified in net.
2) Mursak & Williams are skating circles around everyone.
3) Our D looks HUGE!

End of the 1st period...Hounds 3, Spirit 1
Pretty much a tale of 2 halves here...Hounds were all over us the first 10 minutes or so, but then it sounded like we settled down a little bit. By the sounds of it, Perron has been very shaky...but I think this problem will be solved with Daniels coming back soon. A better overall goaltender, and we'll be able to get either Berard or Sinfield in the lineup. That can make a huge difference.

IMO,
At the looks of it it looks like there needs to be stronger defense. We need Sinfield in there more than Berard. The defense seems extremely young.
I hope Saturday goes better.

GET PERRON OUT OF THERE!!! Dump in off the back boards & he's flopping around like it was a Sidney Crosbey breakaway deke. He has been terrible!
Add another one! 5-1.

5-1 Hounds...couple of quick goals. Sounds like Perron is playing awful.

5-2 Hounds now...Zaborsky with the goal. Yep...Perron certainly just played his way out of Saginaw, not that there was any doubt to begin with really.

6-2 - no chance for Lepara on the goal. Right before the goal Lepara made about 4 spectacular saves. He's not getting much help.
